Because of the high hardness of boron carbide ceramics, when used as a nozzle, it also has the advantages of corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and does not rust, and has a low wear rate. Boron carbide ceramic nozzle can be commonly applied to:
- Applied to agricultural watering, change the traditional irrigation mode, reduce the frequency of equipment replacement, cost savings.
- Applied to spraying, in the metal parts surface phosphating, passivation, degreasing and other operations, you can spray paint on metal parts, can be operated in a high temperature environment.
- Applied to humidification, in the factory, storage room, textile workshop, printing plant and other places in the humidification work, through the regular sprinkling of these sites, you can effectively textile static electricity, thus reducing these places due to static electricity caused by fire accidents.
Boron carbide ceramic nozzles in the use of centrifugal spray dryer, but also achieved a better use of results.
