Boron carbide nozzles have the longest wear life of all standard nozzle materials. Boron carbide nozzles typically have five to ten times longer wear life than tungsten carbide nozzles and two to three times longer wear life than silicon carbide nozzles.
Boron carbide nozzles are recommended for use with abrasives such as aluminum oxide and aggressive mineral aggregates. Our nozzles are unmatched anywhere, and our standard products can replace the original nozzles installed on most equipment.

Rough thread single inlet sand blasting gun
Single inlet sandblasting gun consists of two sections of boron carbide nozzles with single inlet. It belongs to the high speed type sand blasting gun with long range and high strength, suitable for small range sand blasting.

Wear-resistant and durable
Large caliber sand discharge, nozzle outlet smooth, reduce resistance, high temperature, corrosion resistance, easy to install, durable.

Coarse Thread and commonly used fine thread distinction
The entrance of the coarse thread spray gun is smoother than the conventional gun head, which is favored by shipyards.
Wide range of application
Rust removal of large equipment, ship cleaning and maintenance, steel structure cleaning, surface paint removal, shot blasting to remove oxidation, sand blasting to remove rust, automobile refurbishment, etc.

Our customer support hours are Monday to Saturday.
Average response time: 24 hours.
Does this helmet provide comprehensive protection and maintain visibility under prolonged abrasive operations?
Yes. The helmet is engineered to shield the entire head, face, and eyes from abrasive rebound and dust. It includes a replaceable visor to ensure sustained clear visibility during extended blasting sessions.
How is nozzle wear assessed, and what materials ensure optimal durability?
Nozzle wear is indicated by decreased blasting efficiency or visible erosion. Our nozzles are manufactured from high-durability ceramic or tungsten carbide to maximize lifespan under continuous abrasive conditions.
Are these gloves engineered for abrasion resistance and long-term operational safety?
Yes. Constructed from heavy-duty rubber with extended cuffs, the gloves protect hands and forearms from mechanical wear, abrasive media, and dust ingress, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
What are the operational specifications for pressure and compatible abrasive media?
The pneumatic sandblasting gun is compatible with standard compressors (typically 60–120 PSI) and supports a wide range of abrasive media including aluminum oxide, glass beads, silicon carbide, and steel grit, suitable for professional surface preparation.
