Concrete mix (11 LB) is a multifunctional refractory product. Designed for molding refractory products by vibrocasting (fireplaces or stoves elements), pouring the brickwork lining layer into the forms, and repairing masonry/joints of all kinds of heating units. Acquires its basic qualities and strength through heat treatment (heating) process. Important to undergo drying and heating processes in accordance with the prescribed procedure.

Matters needing attention:
1) The construction temperature should be between 5 °C 30 °C. Construction should not be carried out below 0°and Do not be use a blower for heating and drying,

2) Strictly control the amount of water added and do not init arbitrarily. Adding too much water can lead to a decrease strength and cracking.

3) Slowly heat up before use, as this product has a high strength. when igniting for the first time. start with a low flame to warm up the stove before turning it on high fame.
