    The Heavy Duty Blast Cabinet with Turntable is specifically designed to blast and clean heavy and large products such as molds, statues, motors, car wheels and more.

    The user-friendly turntable design provides a 360-degree swivel action, which releases the user from the difficulty of blasting heavy products as a whole, as there is no need to move them manually.

    It can be ideally equipped with a loading cart to easily push products from the outside of the blasting cabinet to the inside.

    Our blasting cabinets are manufactured in-house by an experienced production team. In pursuit of optimum performance, the body is made of powder coated surface welded steel plate, which is more durable, wear resistant and lifetime than traditional painting, and the main components are of famous imported brands, all of which we ensure a warranty of 1 year for any quality issues.

Detailed features of heavy duty sand blasting cabinet

    The sandblaster's dust collection system thoroughly collects dust, creating a clear view of the work and ensuring that the recovered abrasive is pure and the air discharged into the atmosphere is dust free.

    Each blast cabinet includes a durable cast aluminum spray gun with a 100% pure boron carbide nozzle. Blast gun for removing dust and abrasive residue after blasting.

    A foot pedal switch controls the operation of the blast gun, reducing user fatigue, facilitating operation and ensuring safety.

    Used abrasive is conveyed to the bottom funnel and then sucked into the gun for continuous use, such abrasive recycling saves a lot of cost.

    Turntable size can be customized according to product specifications, also designed for manual or automatic rotation for choice.

Why choose sandblasting equipment?

    The sandblasting process has now replaced chemical cleaning, which is more environmentally friendly and saves on sewage charges. Sandblasting overcomes the difficulty of cleaning awkward corners, which cannot be achieved manually.
